When to call
Before you sign a lease. When an invoice is ninety days late. When a partner wants out. When you are setting up and want the paperwork right the first time.
What I do first
I read the document, or the trail of emails, and tell you where the risk is in one page. A lease review comes back marked up within three working days.
Getting paid
For unpaid invoices I start with a letter and a date. Most are paid before the date. If not, I file, and the costs are usually added to what you are owed.

The first call is free and takes about twenty minutes. Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6 pm. If there is a deadline on a letter, say so first.
